When I boot into Bootcamp on either my MacPro or Macbook Pro the temperature increases drastically. This is How To Cool Down a Mac While Using Bootcamp.
Install a simple application called Input Remapper | (mirror)
Input Remapper allows you remap the fan speed of your mac while using Bootcamp. It also allows you to remap some keystrokes and other options as well. I however primarily use it to increase the fan speed to prevent overheating.
This app is a must have for those who dual boot using Windows and Bootcamp.
