A rather interesting drink created by Niccole Trzaka (Stone Rose Lounge, NY).
1 - Jigger (1.5oz) Gin
1 - Pony (1oz) Cointreau
1/2oz - Fresh lemon juice
1 - Egg white
Dash of Regans Orange Bitters
Shake all but the bitters with ice (vigorously), strain into chilled cocktail glass. Add a dash of the bitters on top.
