IdleBackup Easy to Use Free Backup Utility

idlebackup is a rather easy to use open source (read free) backup utility for windows. you can get it here…
basically the premise to this utility is that it backs your computer up when the system is idle. this is nice because it doesn’t blow through your system processes while you are doing something. you can set the backup destination to an external drive, network drive, even a flash drive.
its pretty sweet, if you are looking for a simple not too techie type of solution. i recently set it up on a family members pc and its working great. she knows that the important data is being backed up, and she is not afraid of the interface.
